Bushwalk with our family, the new neighbours and the Samples, Teimia and Bao down to river and up via Scout Hall.

Running 23:00 [3] 4.0 km (5:45 / km)

Ran from work via Cockle Bay wharf behind Aquarium up to King and Clarence Bus stop. Got bus to Lane Cove Interchange then ran to afterschool care via Gordon Cres. Thanks to my App I now know both these legs are 4km, as I suspected.

Running race 30:26 [4] 6.0 km (5:04 / km)

Corporate Cup. Pretty slow time partly because I have lost a lot of fitness, partly cause I ran with a slower workmate for the first half. Played summer season six-a-side soccer which was really fun but I did my hammie before Christmas then redid it at Sprint orienteering in Jan. Still a bit niggly but nearly better.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [1]

Jogged to and from Domain.

Orienteering race 45:00 [3]

Took Jamie and two school friends Louis and Douglas to summer series starting from Chatswood High. Also picked up his friends Auden along the way, after the boys passed his backyard and called for him. Saw Terry Hunt, who I haven't seen in years. Douglas was sooo into it, and so fast. Couldn't read the English descriptions but could understand the map. His mum actually used to be in Bennelong but stopped when scouts took over just before I started. She hadn't heard of orienteering since, so thought the sport had died off!
