Saturday morning run with Edinburgh Road Club. Went with the 9.40 group. Felt ok, foun the pace pretty comfortable. Needed a piss from halfway though. Got pretty desperate, but held it off.

Free weights session. Managed to get away from the sports fair to do it. Felt ok.

wood choppers - 2x15 - 22.5/13.5

EUOC freshers week alco. Can of tennents-half cup whisky (nasty)-cup of wine-custard cream soaked in vodka - can f tennents - pint cider.
No spewage which was good.

Long cruise with Cheps. Went out by Dalkieth and around on random roads that were quiet and nice. Was a really nice warm night. Ended up being out for longer than expected and it got quite dark. We didn't have nay lights so it was a bit hairy near the end.

Nice sunny night. Went out on the bike towards prestonpans for 30min. Got pretty far though. Was fairly gunning it. Was good. Was pretty tough on the way back, into the wind a bit more.
