long o at Gorstean. Awesome day. clear blue skies and nice frost. feeling ok after last nights festivites! just a little low on the food stores. felt ok though and ran pretty consistently throughout and orienteering was good. crackin

3 loops in loch vaa at euoc xmas weekend. was hanging controls in the first one and it was disastrous! Totally screwed a pretty easy control and spent ages puzzling. got caught up by about six people. was raging by the end of the loop so absolutely caned the next one and did it pretty well and fast then was pretty knackered and a bit sloppy on the last one. was good fun.

afternoon race on euoc weekend. reverse start from the morning. chasing ck 58s. caught him and we ran fairly swiftly together. not sure of length and last bit was finding controls using only control descriptions in a block of wood. was good banter and I was euoc mens xmas champion! get in. ck etc were too boringto play on the last bit though.

Cycle out via fort kinnaird through prestonpans. 30mins out. got pretty far. pushed quite hard from the racecourse. turned and it felt a lot tougher on the way back, hadn't realised I'd been going with the wind behind me! way back as not as fun!

had physio so only did a little bit of circuits. got to do animal races tho. get in. tweaked my hamstring tho cos I wasn't warmed up. stupid.

Set off to run to intervals. Left foot had been sore since Sunday run and it was just too sore so had to turn back. rubbish. i need new feet

Went to the gym to do weights but free weights was shut for exams. It was due to open but met hector who was doing circuits so did this with doug and simong too. First circuits of this type in ages. Solid! Was rubbish! quite tough though. Feet sore after long run yesterday.
