shoes: Walsh pb trainer

Collecting in controls at the euoc sosol. Been feeling really rough in the morning, a bit dehydrated but felt ok by the time i went out. Tough running with 4 t bars in each hand! Felt a bit pants but glad to be out running on a nice day. Exhausted after the weekend!

Very restful day...not! On feet all day organising EUOC's city race. Running back and forward a lot. A few nervous moments but it went well and people seemed to enjoy it so all good. Then a ceilidh at night which was ace. Drank a bit too much.

Big free weights session. Felt ok. Gym not too busy. Enjoyed it.

lock and rolls - 3x10

Haries hill reps up castle terrace. 1min up an about 2 back down. Pack pretty slack on the rests so was eas rest wise but reps hard. Wind assisted! Don't feel it's a great hill session, but not bad training and good to be with a group. Maissed the first one so did 13. Finishing 2nd behind Ben Cole most of the time.

Stuck in the labour ward all day so no time for gym. Add to that about 50 emails to answer = stress and not much time for training. Fitted in a bit of a tempo run. asy at the start and finish. Felt a bit pants put it was windy, quite wet and I didn't have much warmup. That's my excuses. Oh yeah, and I was tired. Went past peffermill up past craigmiller caste, down to hospital, across to liberton road and down home past cameron toll.

Got too keen on the first one and went too fast. Last two were just dead and slow. Feeling a bit rubbish but was ok at the start so think i just started too fast.

Planned to go to the gym at night, but had a raging headache that wouldn't go away and felt pretty crap so nae training. Annoying. Hopefully nothing and away tommorow.
