Free weights session. Feeling a bit pants today, hopefully just tired and not getting ill.
Gym heaving again. ANnoying. Couldn't find space for lunges so cut it a bit short. Feeling ok on the weights, just a but tired overall. Stretching afterwards.

oh push press - 3x10 - 35kg
leg raises - 3x3
lock and roll - 3x10
