was feeling a bit off yesterday, today was confirmed. i actualy have a colsd. my body is just rubbish. hopefully rest today and maybe feel better for the weekend in the lakes:(:(

lots of plyometrics stuff that was actualy pretty hard.

ahr:185 shoes: Brooks adrenaline GTS7

euoc/euhh intervalsd. just made it in tiome for second one with b r#group. ran 4 x 1km with 90s in between.
times all 3.15.
fairly happy with that. hnad felt quite tried before.

squat - 60kg - 3x10
oh push press - 35kg - 3x10
lunges - 50kg - 3x10
leg raises - 3x3
