Running 20:32 [2] 4.0 km (5:08 / km)
shoes: Brooks adrenaline GTS7

Run from the gym, a lap of hunters bog and back. Knee not sore, felt a bit weird, but hopefully it's fine. Felt well slow though! Think that may be called unfitness. Rubbish.

swimming 45:00 [3]

St Leanards again. With Jaffa. Did 4 warm up lengths. Then 50 lengths in a row. Felt ok at the end, think I could pysically do a few more, but mentally it's getting tough. Did 4 stes of two lengths fast and a couple easy to finish.

core/balance gym work 30:00 [2]

Muscles a bit tired after swimming and gym yesterday but did some stuff and had a stretch. In the library in the afternoon. Was rubbish as usual but made worse by some knob of a commentator wooping all the time for some event in the meadows. What a sack of shite made to con joggers out of their money.

Running 18:00 [1]
shoes: Brooks adrenaline GTS7

Bit of running. Leg felt a bit weird though. And had a raging headache so felt crap. Was going to do core stuff afterwards but felt too rubbish. Took some ibuprofen though which helped. Had a sports psychology talk afterwrads which was good.
