Was thinking of having a rest, but squid was running roun the hill so thought I'd run with him. Tried to run in the tussocks next to the quad track most of the way to make it harder.

Tuesday Jun 24

Running 50:14 [2]8.12 km (6:11 / km)
ahr:141 max:162 shoes: Walsh pb trainer
Run with Dad around the hill checking sheep. Missed out the Dovecote height as the sheep had been moved fom there so a shaorter route. Easy pace, felt ok. First run with the Garmin. Pretty cool!

Monday Jun 23

Running 57:00 [3]9 km (6:20 / km) +400m 5:11 / km
ahr:150 max:176 shoes: Walsh pb trainer
Same run as last night, checking the sheep. Weather was nice so the sheep were all higher up the hills. Dragged Andrew out for his first run in at least a month....lazy toad. He was going ok and just cut one big corner to take a rest and keep up. I tried to put in an effort on this bit and just died basically! Still getting over Estonia I reckon. But not that surprising because I did give the body a beating there.
