Orienteering race 1:45:11 [4] 12.2 km (8:37 / km) +500m 7:09 / km
shoes: Walsh pb trainer2

PT day 2. Expected this to be faster going than day 1. The opposite ws true, tough going! Orienteering pretty sloppy. Got caught by Douglas and left but caught him again. Then we took different routes and he was ahead (although he thought I was ahead so hammerd it to the finish). I knew he was ahead so plodded to the finish. Legs feeling it today! Crackin weekend and a good incentive to train.

Purple Thistle Day 1.
Crackin day out on Kerrera. Nice views over to Mull. Orienteering was a bit rusty, didn't flow that well but happy with the run. Was a tough area, pretty heavy underfoot most of the way and lots of hils. Started 2mins behind Doug and steadily caught him. Finished 2nd behind Sctia who flew past about a third of the way through.

PT Sprint race arund Oban. Wet! Legs pretty tired. Ran ok apart from getting confused and stuck in vegetation by the colloseum.

Cycling 1:08:00 [3] 30.0 km (2:16 / km)
ahr:163 max:132 shoes: Shimano clip-on cycling shoes

Cycle from BGH through Lillisleaf and back through Midlem. A bit wet for my liking. Dicy going down a hill on a wet road thinking crap I'm doing almost 30mph, if I was to fall off now... but luckily I didn't.

Running 43:47 [3] 8.5 km (5:09 / km)
ahr:158 max:176 shoes: Brooks trance 7

Went for a run with Gareth another med student who does a wee bit running. Went up the small Eildon again. Gareth didn't like the hill so much but we went quite hard otherwise. Ran fast back downhill down the road which was fun.
