Orienteering race 1:00:55 [5] 9.6 km (6:21 / km)

SOL in Anagach. Ran pretty hard. Tough course through the sapping marshes. Pretty scrappy on the first 3 then several more after that. overall fairly happy but lots to improve on. Spongey flying so hats off to him!

Colour coded at Lossie. Ran pretty hard. Decent run, beating Doug for most of the way then went slightly off line and took it very carefuly into techinical control near the end. Lost 30s to doug here and finished 16s down. Annoying! Crackin area though.

Course on the seat planned by Ales. Pretty tough! Ran quite hard and hit the controls ok.

Been feeling pretty tired so easy day today. Had to cycle to the western and back to go to the travel clinic. Three jags in each arm. Only made it for he end of circuits.

EUOC/EUHH intervals. Massive group tonight. Come the middle of winter don't think it will be this many! Good to see a big group though.
We did 5x1km with 2min rest. Legs still pretty sore so was very tough. Fought it out though and happy with the session.

After the past whiles exertions was a bit of a struggle getting up and to the gym. Legs pretty sore. Felt ok once I got going though and didn't struggle much with the weights.
squats - 3x10 - 60kg
sldl - 3x10 - 60kg
oh push press - 3x10 - 30kg
legs raises - 3x3

Went to DVC, watched the haries freshers relays and jogged around a bit.
