Running 32:00 [1]
ahr:150 max:167 shoes: Walsh pb trainer2

Still got a cold:( Meant to at least do some light core work, but just couldn't get motivated for it. So I didn't. Today was beautiful though, so got sick of sitting around and went for a jog on the hill. If only every day was as nice as this!

Got a cold...rubbish. Typical...on holiday, plenty time to train, but get ill. Oh well, seemed to miss the freshers flu and everyone else's illnesses...doesn't seem too bad, hopefully only a few days.

Running 35:50 [3] 6.0 km (5:58 / km)
ahr:146 max:169 shoes: Walsh pb trainer2

Run round Bowanhill with jethro. Just an easy paced run chatting about orienteering. Got pretty dark but managed to avoid injury until 3om from the house on the roadside verge where my foot went down a hole where a bollard used to be. Got a bruised shin but luckily nothing worse!
