Skiing 2:00:00 [3]

Even more skiing! Tghrid day, conditions even better with wind having driopped so more runs open. snow still very icy thoguh and the odd bare bit. I progressed a lot again and by the end of the day was going quite fast and flying past a few people! Still plenty of falling. A few of the heavyish. Many of them came on the two attempts of steep icy red run.
Loved it! Really tired by the end of the weekend.

Second day of skiing. Conditions beetr today. Colder but windier too. more runs open. Had a great day. progressed a lot and by the end of the day was doing parralel turns. Good fun. Fell over at least 50 times. Right hip a bit tender!

Skiing at Glen Shee. First ever attempt! Had been wanting to give it a go for a while so took the chance and made the trip up with Jess. Left fairly early the day after the SU ball...which was an effort! Conditions were not the best, really foggy and drizzly. That didn't matter though because I was confined to the beginner area for most of the day. Everything felt so awkward to begin with! By the end of the afternoon I could snow plow and trun left (still struggled turning right!) Made it down a prop0er run too. Crackin. Knackered after not enough sleep!

EUOC/EUHH intervals. After a couple of weeks of unplanned intervals switched to Kitchs plan for mhairi and helen. Was a good session with a good wee group.
did 4x200m with 1min recovery then 3min rest then 3x1200 with 1min recovery then 3min then 2x200 with 1min. good to have the mix of 200s to start and finish and long effort on the 1200s.
felt ok.

Normal 5.15 circuits at the CSE training alongside Jess and Kitch. Good sesh. suspect I will hurt a bit tommorow.
