Orienteering 29:00 [2] 3.5 km (8:17 / km)
(injured) shoes: olways

SEDs/GB juniors traiing on the steep slope on Bigland. Crackin bit of terrain. Unfortunately my achilles did not feel good this morning. Spoke to Kim about it for quite a while and got some advice. Decided to go easy round one loop and see how it was. Well I couldn't just sit there in the forest... It was quite sore but didn't necessarily get worse.
Bad end to an otherwise good weekend.

Orienteering intervals 45:00 [5] 5.1 km (8:49 / km) +300m 6:49 / km
shoes: olways

SEDs training in the lakes with GB squad on Claife Hights. Ewan suggested a trains session with the whole group. Was a top session, very tough terrain. Steep and slippy. Ran hard. really good technical session. Quite tired afterwards.

Orienteering 16:59 [5] 3.2 km (5:18 / km)
shoes: Walsh pb trainer

Seds/GB juniors sprint race around Ambleside. Expected to feel a bit tired but actually felt pretty good! Maybe the adrenaline of the rugby helped. Orienteered well with only one small miss where I couldn't see the small kite on the ground. Tired on the last couple of legs but otherwise felt like I was running ok. 1s behind Kris jones.
Beforehand had noticed a bit of a niggle in the right achilles. Jogging back afterwards the niggle was a lot more noticeable.
and walking back from the pub at night it was sore...

Running intervals 28:36 [5] 5.2 km (5:30 / km)
shoes: Brooks trance 7

EUOC/EUHH intervals. Poor euoc turnout tonight. Seems to be a few folks ill and injured. Wanted to do the session Kitch suggested and couldn't tempt any Haries. Though I could tell ck was a bit tempted. Didn't fancy their 12x400 so had to go solo:(
bloody cheddar tonight too.
Did 4x200m with 1min rest then 3min rest then 4x1km with 1min rest then 2min rest then 2x200m. Tough on my own and hard with ice around but ground it out:)
