It's not my favourite, I'd rather go running. Didn't really feel like Phelps today, but was good to do something.

First time in a while doing weights. I was a bit stiff and weak.
squats - 3x10 - 50kg (didn't feel as easy as I'd hoped!)
sldl - 3x10 - 50kg
oh press - 3x10 - 50kg
