Swimming. Churchills favourite pasttime I heard.
It's not my favourite, I'd rather go running. Didn't really feel like Phelps today, but was good to do something.
Incidently, feeling pretty queasy this morning. Is this a 2 day hangover?!

First session since BUCS due to lack of motivation/injury/exam.
First time in a while doing weights. I was a bit stiff and weak.
squats - 3x10 - 50kg (didn't feel as easy as I'd hoped!)
sldl - 3x10 - 50kg
oh press - 3x10 - 50kg
