Running 45:19 [3] 1004.0 km (3 / km) +209m 3 / km
ahr:161 max:175 shoes: Brooks trance 7

What a day of sport! First a crackin stage in le tour. A proper sort out among the big men. Contador very immpressive, he's got to be favourite now. Behind him, what a ride from Wiggins! The man is flying. Amazing tranformation from track star to GC contender.
Then I went for a run. A lap of Braids and back. A bit nettly and muddy. Felt a bit sluggish.
Then, the open. Watching Tom Watson was emotional. I wanted him to win so badly. Gutting. Tremendous playoff from Cink though, can't take it away from him.
Sporting drama...life would be a lot duller without it.

After a few days with nae training to speak of (was a bit busy catching sheep and generally being lazy) went for a run up Arthur's seat. Ran up then up the lions haunch then down (very slippy) and back round the road.
