OO cup day 5. best run of the week which is nice. Finally broke 10min/kms in the karst for the week! Tried to keep the same control but attack it a bit more through the terrain. Off the pace of hector and ck but nae big mistakes. Overall, happy ending.

OOc up day 4. Back in the karst terrain but different area. Plan was to be more in control today, make some decent plans and carry them out. As soon as I started immediately into the map better, felt more similar to previous karst areas in slovakia. A much more satisfying run today. Not to far behind CK who was running a lot faster but making mistakes. Not really tired at the end, lots of the area was very stony and felt like I was walking through most of it. Need to man up big time. Winners did 50. FFS!!

OO cup day 3. Just across the track but very different terrain. Much faster clope terrain. Still quite technical though. Nice terrain and good to be running a bit faster. Was a bit scrappy and noticeably tired. Long way off the pace of OJ and well down on CK and Hector. Need to get back in shape!

OO cup day 2. Bit of a beast of a course. Started scrappily, then made a massive very stupid mistake on no. 10. Got a bit deflated after this and effort dropped. Got overtaken by CK 12min (depressing) only to unwittingly pass him on the following control as he binned 12mins. Stopped for a cereal bar at the drinks point. Wasn't really racing at this point! Perked up a bit at the end and started enjoying the area a bit again. Incidently gps tells me I did 10.35km with 380m climb.

OO cup day 1. What an area! Very detailed Karst. Was obviously too excited at the start because proceeded to completely cock up no. one and lose 5min on a 1min leg. Oops. Things thankfully improved a little, but generally struggled through the terrain. A bit rusty! Good fun though. Long way down on the winner and also schooled byt he returning compass king. All results and routegadgets at oocup.com. I ran with a gps so have uploaded them.
