Run in the snow to the foot of Greatmoor and back over the tops. About 4 inches of snow all the way. Nice powder and sunny overhead. Bloody freezing to begin with. Also I was feeling pretty tired. Body run down at the minute. Not enough sleep for too many days in a row with work and socialising.

Note

I'm shattered. Think I'm a bit ill. First time in a while. Hopefully a couple of days rest will fix it.

FVO night race at Mine woods. Close one tonight! I was pretty pants tonight really... Orienteering was poor, being distracted by everyone else far too easily. managed to sneak the win outsprinting Will abd Steve B at the end. Didn't feel like I really deserved it though!
