Wee evening cycle. Out towards North third but didn't turn left this time and went uphill towards the wind turbines. Nice wee side road, bit rough but nae bad. Climbing all the time up to the level of the wind farm then turned and rolled back downhill, turning right past the resevoir then home.

FVO WEE at Mine Woods. Plan was to focus on the flow through the controls, planning ahead and making sure I know the description etc. Having the process slick. No descriptions so couldn't do that one so well! Course was more of a burn up with aa few long legs. Not too tricky. Wobbled on a couple where the map wasn't 100% but able to spot the control without much time loss (unlike some...Jon:P)
Crackin BBQ at Daves afterwards. Had a mainly protein based meal. 7 chicken wings....and 4 sausages...and a bit of steal. Did have some salad though:)

Early morning foxdals. 13 x 90/30 round Kings Park. Not feeling very spritely but never do 15min after getting out of bed! Felt a bit better by the end.

Wee run out with Lettie and two of her friends Graeme and Kat. Kat hadn't been cycling that long so wasn't that fast so the pace was leisurely. Few races up the hills though! Up tSherrifmuir (nailed it up the hlll!) then Brace and back to Dunblane. Good fun.
