Spent this beautiful sunny day....in Falkirk hospital. Depressing! Decided driving back that it was too nice not to get out there. Had a headache so munched down some ibuprofen, drank a pint of GO, got changed and got out the door. Ran through Polamise then out up the first set of Crags in Sauchie. Legs felt pretty good tonight! Ran quite well most of the day. Nice tempterature for running by that time too:)

(rest day)

Busy at work with sick people so late back. Didn't make it to Abbey Craig so just had dinner instead.

Cycling 1:12:59 [3] 35.76 km (2:02 / km) +52m 2:02 / km

Wee cruise out on the bike. Through Cambusbarron then towards Gargunnock. Round that corner...through Gargunnock, took a right at Kippen then took the right fork. Took a right again back off the main road towards Gargunnock then a left back along the wee road to home. Just took it easy. Nice night.

Feeling a bit better yesterday afternoon and ok when I woke up. Still a bit tired and blocked up when I got back but nice evening so went for an easy run around Kings park and castle area. Did feel tired and legs a bit achey but good to be out and felt better for it.
