Cycling long 2:20:19 [3] 62.46 km (2:15 / km) +350m 2:11 / km

Cycle from Jess' out to Dalkeith and over the hill to Tranent. Feeling quite sluggish to begin with but quite cold and into the wind. Working hard up the hill then over the A1 and headed east. Next section all straight intot he wind so just had to grind it out. Cut towards the coast at Ballencrief to Aberlady then back along the coast road through Port Seton, Cockenzie. Wind behind me (thank god) eating up the km:) To Musselburgh then back through Duddingston and up the road to the Pollock roundabout and home. Good workout for the legs.

Wee run in Edinburgh. First since the weekend. Feet a lot better but still a couple of broken areas on each foot. Covered them up and was able to run ok. Out to Craiglockhart with Jess. She went back after the top so I went on to Hermitage, wood a bit muddy and slippy, then top of Blackford and back through Marchmont.

Walking around Glasgow in the rain. Viewed a couple of flats. One good one:)

Cycle with Jess for the first half. Up round the road past Sauchie and back into town. Jess headed back on the second loop so I went on a bit further up to the top of the hill at the windfarm then back.
