Pre ran the JEC m20 course....very slowly! Knackered after yesterday, just plodding along. No 2nd gear never mind top gear! Enjoyed the canter round though and found all the controls eventually. Some fast running from the boys.

Cycling race 1:44:00 [4] 34.0 km (3:04 / km) +600m 2:49 / km

The chase race. Duathlon from Callendar to Trossachs and back. Enjoyed the cycling. Nice route with some tough climbs. Felt ok, legs wrecked by the end on the way back.

The score "orienteering" part of the Chase. Bit farcical really! Bad map and even worse hanging of controls, but daftest was a score format based purely on time where you actually lost out getting most of the controls! Overall still a fun day though.

Morning run in the rain. glad to drag myself out the door but it was a struggle! Run through Hynland lap of the botanics then home. Legs felt ok.

First time out with shettleston for hill reps. 8 reps in Queens park. Flat then steep climb then run off the top then long jog back down. Good session with a storng group. Felt ok and finished near Kenny Richmond each time with jethro not miles away.
