Running long 2:40:00 [3] 23.9 km (6:42 / km) +800m 5:44 / km
shoes: olways

Long run with Doug. From home we followed the river between Carlenrig and Falnash then up through the trees. From here we ran up the big broad ridge which was tough going with tussocks, peat hags and snow. Add to that thick mist and no map or compass made it a good adventure. Looped back roud to the top of Pike thaw hill then dropped down into Ewes doors (still thick mist), then up the wisp, over combe hill and down the track and back home over the top of Carlenrig. Job well and truly done.

Cycle from home to Granny's via Skelhill. Side roads pretty snowy and slippy in places. Good fun n a mountain bike though. Absolutely soaked by the end.
