Running long 1:55:00 [3] 16.0 km (7:11 / km)

Run from Kincraig up to the top of the Dukes momument and back. With Jess to begin with then luckily bumped into Magic, Tom and Jana. Climbed up a steep way through the snow and half buried bushes. Great fun ploughing downhill through the snow. Split off with Magic at thie bottom of the hill and went back the tough way through the fields. Felt pretty tired at the start of the run but got into it and felt ok despite the knee deep snow! Another top FVO weekend.

FVO training in Speyside. Crackin terrain. Loops on Avielochan in the morning. Orienteering pretty rusty! Then some trains in the afternoon with Marcus, Jamie and Magic. Crackin fun. Snowing heavily by this point. Running quite strongly in the snow. Then did a few controls in Moor of Alvie to finish. Good day.

Wee hill reps session in Kelvingrove. Dreich night!
10 x steep effort. Mixture of grass and tarmac. Worked hard.

To and from Kelvingrove.
Pleased that I'm managing to do some training through these set of nights. First time I've really managed that. Made possible by getting some sleep most nights. Body clocks a bit all over the shop but feeling ok.

no sleep at work last night so slept till 6. Hopped onto the turbo trainer and spun for an hour. Watched being human. getting tense...
