Ecko time trial loop. Newly devised 1.2km loop at Inverawe. Nice setting on the banks of Loch Etive. Track mostly nice and firm under foot, odd bit of mud and plenty of puddles. Gradual hill to finish each lap.
Went OK. Paced it well, even laps of 4.16,4.14,4.13.
happy enough for first effort, now to improve on it.

Wee run out over the Connel bridge to Barcaldine and back over the valley road past Ardchatten and back through north connel. Pushed quite hard trying to beat 30kmph. Failed:( Was going OK then very cautious downhill in wet (brakes need some adjusting) then legs felt tired back along past Ardchatten so was sturggling a bit. Think there was a bit of a headwind here too. Good run out though.

Wee run with the group ip Bein lora with an extension. Steady pace with a few wee stops. Good fun

Pashing it down. Wee run in Glen Nant. Two loops of the ant trail. First steady with Jess then second bit harder. Feeling recovered today.

Mountain biking in Sutherlands Grove with Jess. both knackered. Struggling up the hills of whith there were plenty. Got a puncture. Then the spare went flat too.
