Woke up blocked up and feeling a bit grotty but still made the most of the beautiful day. 5hr walk round a nice horseshoe ridge up Stob Diamh \ munro on the Cruachan ridge. Very nice.

Still feeling a wee bit blocked up but not too bad so did a steady cycle to the club champs. Over connel bridge then anticlockwise round the loop past ardchattan, barcaldine.

Orienteering race 22:15 [3] 3.5 km (6:21 / km)

EckO Club champs. Handicapped score with added twist of having to do alternate odd/even control numbers. I failed on that count when I got to the last three and realised I was left with 2 evens. Oops. Had gone wrong earlier on (as well as taking a pants route). oh well, least there's no chance of planning next years.

Been feeling a bit under the weather but had a half day and made it out for a steady run around dunnolie and ganavan. Felt easy enough and felt ok. hopefully back on it.

Feeling bit under the weather this morning. Think I've picked up a cold from work. Ditched the cycle. Shame as the weather was nice but had a wee trot with the group up Bein Lora in the evening. Very pleasant.

Bit late back from work but made it out for some intervals. Tested out a loop next to the marine lab. Grass and gravel. Uneven ground in places. OK loop. Legs a bit tired. 550m x 5. All in about 2min. with 1 min rest.

Out to intervals. Run round the bay all flooded. Then along the coastal path and back over the hills.

Circuits at the gym in Oban. First time in ages. So did the sensible thing and preety much caned it from the start then run out of steam a bit. Good fun though!
