Run with Doug round the bay over the hills, ganavan beach, cycle path and back over the hills. Tired. Struggling on the hills.

Spent the day Christmas shopping so missed the light. Had to drag my arse out in the dark but managed an hour around dunnolie to the highest point and back. Enjoyed it and felt OK.

Perfect winter morning for a run! Round the bay, past the castle, coastal path to ganavan and back over the hills. Clear blue skies and crisp frost. Even the seaweed on the bay was frosty. Great views of snowy Cruachan and Mull. Bad to beat.

Evening gym session. 3 x 10 squats 50kg. 3 x 10 lunges 30kg. Achilles exercises. Core stuff and some good stretching to finish.
