Cycling race 1:10:20 [4] 15.52 km (4:32 / km) +430m 3:59 / km

Wee mountain bike race at Sutherland's Grove. Mixture of fast wide tracks and rock hard slippy/muddy/rooty downhills! Not very well prepared for these! Good fun.

Ecko time trial. Previous pb 12.43. Set off fairly hard and had a decent run. Struggling a bit on the first half of the last lap but finished OK although a slower last lap. Pleased to beat the time especially as there were two trees across the track and it wa wetter and muddier.

First time out for a while with the Tuesday group. Short session of 12 hill reps. The horrendous weather of the morning had abated a little, but still not very pleasant.
Foot felt while while running but is a bit niggly now. Will go to the gym tommorow and try and see a physio.

half day so out in the light but minging weather. Wet and windy and about 3 degrees. Hail/sleet at times. Waterproof gloves and socks put to good use. Felt good to be out again. Bit of a niggle on my left foot arch. Felt it slightly towards the end of last week. Not sure if I stood on something at some point or if its plantar fascitis starting. Not really sore, just aware of it. Will do some stretching and keep and eye on it.
