Run after work around Dunnolie and Ganavan to the highest point and back. Pushed quite hard in bits and felt OK. Wish I'd been in the trossachs though!

Working today so missing the SEDs fun. Wee turbo session after work. 8x 2 min on 1min off. Watched some earthflight.

Morning run. Stinking conditions to begin with - pashing it down. Didnt feel that cold but the rain turned pretty lumpy so cant have been that warm. Snow to quite low levels when the hills were visible. Felt OK.
