Orienteering race 57:49 [4] 8.2 km (7:03 / km)
shoes: VJ Integrators

MOR colour coded at Darnaway. Crackin area. Mostly a decent run but 2min lost on an awful route on the long leg and 2min lost on a stupid mistake at no. 15.

Trains at revack. loaded start line. British, JK, BUCS, Scottish and SHIs champions. Scottish took the first one, JK the second, British the 3rd and SHIs the last. BUCS was spotted crying behind a tree at the finish.
All in all good fun. Forest tough in places. One big mistake. Discovered today that it was 1:12500 not 1:10000...makes sense now and explian why condes wanted to print it at 1:7900!

Sutherlands Grove loop with BL crowd. Nice loop and a good night for it.Unfortunately one of the girls broke her ankle at the top of the forest:( Helpfully Tim has a 4wd and the key to the forest.

Had to do a long day at work so couldn't make intervals. Ran home instead. Dodgy stomach so didn't feel great and difficult to get into a rythm under the moonlight.
