Cycle from home to Port Appin with Dan. Tapping it out. He did the first 10km on the front then we did 1km about. 1min wait at COnnel brdige otherwise constant effort. Hard work!

Road run from Kilinver over the only bridge over the Atlantic onto Seil. Almost made it to Easdale until met the others coming back. Felt OK considering it was soon after a big lunch and time includes warmup.

Turbo trainer. 14 x 2min/1min. Watched the adventure show OMM special. Some dodgy hats on display. Colin will be pleased hes still regarded as one of scotlands top fell runners:)

intervals with the Oban group. 8 x ~600m along the seafront. Quite long recoveries (~2min). Floating on the way out with wind behind. Grinding it out on the way back into a strong wind. hard work but quite enjoyed it.
