Wee blast out after work up the hill beyond Dulnain. Ran quite hard up the hill. Got a bit dark on the way back and only had a petzyl which was an error so had to be a bit more cautious on the way down.

Hill intervals in Dulnain wood from the bottom of the thicker trees up to the top of the hill towards the house. Cracking hill for reps. About 250m with ~40m climb all through terrain. Reps in about 1.50. Did 6 with jog back down.

Wee run after work. Conditions pretty dreich but good to get out. Up through Gaich wood to the mast then on to the next two hills (got a bit disorentated on the way) and home to Dulnain.

BASOC training around Nethy bridge wood. Lovely forest. One half only partially mapped so would benefit from an update. Navigation far from accurate at the moment but enjoyed the trot round.

Wee morning run with Rhys around Abernethy forest. Legs a bit tired but got into it. Mostly on paths but a few chunks thoruhg the terrain. great terrain at that. Wouuld make such a good o area...
