Training in Loch Vaa. Legs tired but a crackin morning and good to be out. Started off with a mistake in the vague bit on number 2 then another mistake at 3. Caught myself early on in the mistake to minimise it and ran with better control for the rest. One banana then no other real mistakes...or so I though. GPS shows I didn't actually go to the right site on one near the end. Oops. Still a good session

Early evening loop around Tulloch and past Revack. Hard going at times into the wind.

Run up the Cromdales. Soggy on the top with snow on the higher bits. Strong wind from the west. Went past the jubilee cairn then on the the other monument. Turned back into the wind which was a slog - not warm either. Tired by the end but OK.

Run from home up Beinn Mhor then up Gorten Hill. Conditions pretty mingin - 4 degrees and raining. May in Scotland! At the top of Gorten hill I could hear pumping tunes coming from somewhere. Got closer to them on the way back but still no idea where they were coming from! bloody youths disturbing the piece of the valley!

Cairngorm runners 1st time out. Some strides with a few sprints which was good. Some jogging to the hill reps which was a bit slow.

Hill intervals with Cairgorm runners. Was keen to just blast this session to see if it would wake my body up. Hit the first rep too hard really chasing the early leader down. After that was way out on my own. Should have done a few more reps really!
