hmm, gps track suggest I went right through the circle at no. 1. maybe it was too low? lost some time on no. 18 too though.

Ecko SOL at ardchattan. Pretty minging weather but good fun! Always enjoy this area. Started badly screwing up no. 1. Though I was bang on line skirting round the hill but no control. It was evidently much lower down. Felt too low but probably got dragged too high for some reason. Next few were OK. Caught Rosco out on the top and it actually cleared a bit which was great. Pushed on a bit from there. No real mistakes until switching off and not reading the map around the control properly at 27 and losing about 30s. Lost out to Spongey by 40s.

Collecting flags. Stuff locked in the car so ran in boots! suprisingly not horrendous to run in.

BASOC training at Uath Lochans. Long legs course. Bad night. Too much stuff running round in my head - work etc. Couldn't ditch it and focus on the o so all over the place. A problem with evening training sometimes. Need to sort it - proper jog warm up would help.
