Night shift 2100-0930. About 3hrs sleep. Hardly slept at all during the day so didn't go running. Cut the grass instead.

Spin out in the sun around Lochindorb. Legs tired but felt OK and the hill didn't feel too bad - unsurprisingly turned into a headwind for the way home. Still very enjoyable. Churchill would have loved it.
