After a "few" beers at the Haines wedding I wasn't feeling too great. Managed to chew down a whole banana at least and made it to the Pentlands for a wee trot with Spongey and Nixon. Felt pretty grim for the first half hour or so then felt better after that. Pleased to finish feeling better than I started.

Catch the bride hill race. Hector set off like a scalded cat so didn't try to stay with him. Didn't push too hard on the road but still passed most folk. Pushed harder up the grassy slope. All in all felt OK considering still a bit blocked up
