Idanho O meet long. It was rocky, tricky, bushy and long and I did not do well. Some bad route, and bad errors. Got running OK in a few parts before making more errors. Concentration not there today. Pretty much jogged the last loop to save the legs a little. Looking forward to some training!

Feeling a better today, though still not 100%. Didn't hold back though legs a bit stiff at times. Overall happy with the result. A few small mistakes and hesitation, no big errors. Struggled on the hills in the last loop. Improvement of Taz races. 5mins down on the win, 3 min on Spongey, 2 on Scotia, 1 on Hector

Model event. Nose still streaming. Ran steadily for most of it, harder for a section. Felt pretty sluggish unsurprisingly. Getting a feel for the terrain. one bad mistake

Not feeling 100% but couldn't resist a wee ski with jess, mike and Janet. Around the tracks in Loch Vaa down to the loch and we trip down the Speyside way. Great fun. Midge came with us and went wandering once.
