POM day 2 middle. Pushed hard but got killed by 2 big errors of 1min at no.4 and 1min15 at no.21. Poor direction then parallel. Few other bananas and hesitations and ~25s loss on the 2nd last. Annoying.

POM day 1 - long race. Lovely dunes. Aim was to have a stable race with an even pace. Decent run overall - didn't feel quick and felt the pace fall a few times and had to try and pick it up again. 1 bad mistake on 4 in the green and a few minor misses after that but nothing major. Solid enough start to POM. Impressive time by Gustav

O intervals/trains with the Halden/NTNUI/OK Orion boys. Good session! Tired legs which made it tough. Started in groups 45s apart. Was in the 1st/3rd/4th/2nd group. First one was the best where I went pretty clean apart from a couple of hesitation and came in fast - didn't manage to hold off Olav in the second group! Next couple were all flavoured by one mistake of ~1min - then it felt like game over! Overall encouraging

Re-run of 2014 Mediterranean champs long. Crackin area. Legs tired but not moving too badly. Took a wee stop at 7 for a couple of minutes to asses the first bit. Then biggish error on 8 - lost track of where I was on a vague-ish slope with poor direction. Relocated but a bit lower than planned. Next few were tough vegetation wise but found an OK route on 11. Rest were OK though lost some time on 14 as the tape was in the wrong place.

Middle distance course in forest at the edge of Viseu. Looked quite fast but was actually pretty tough and rocky. Steady pace. Aim was to get the processes back in action and under control then have a wee stop at halfway and reassess. Generally a good session. Wee bit low on no. one - more rock on the ground than on the map but got into that for the rest. Decent until a big miss on no. 7 - Hector did similar. Stopped at 10 and walked a wee section. Main aim was better direction as that was a major factor in the miss. Rest was pretty good. Got lucky a couple of times but generally taking good lines. legs tired on any hills

Corridor O with a contour/green only section in the middle. Enjoyed this. Got a good flow. Lost the place twice though was able to relocate, but did miss some corridor in the process. Steady pace but legs felt better than the morning. No big hills though!
