Had never felt good in the run up to this but kept fingers crossed I'd be OK on the day. Sadly not. Wee miss at 3 then bigger miss on the platform on the slope at 6. Got caught and passed by HH. Already not feeling good. Feeling just quickly deteriorated into feeling totally dead. Was with Duncan and Dave soon after the road crossing but pace wasn't quick but I had nothing more. Toyed about giving up but decided just to finish it. Made a mistake near the end. Disappointing. Need to get better quick before next weekend
