Bleugh. Feeling rough this morning - felt like staying in bed. Given I'd come all the way out to Sweden....ran anyway but racing never on the cards. head felt really fuzzy too. Aim was to be technically clean - promptly screwed no. 1. Felt in a mode of constantly relocating rather than actually planning and fitting map to ground. Similar pattern up until no. 10 then started orienteering properly and rest were OK but not much quicker than jogging.

Swedish League long race. feeling a little worse today and given the toughness of the race decided to run steady for an hourish then stop. Ran up no. 10 which was about 50 min had a 20min or so run back picking up another couple of controls. Feeling unsurprisingly poor but cracking terrain. Too a howler of a route on the second half of no. 3 - new it was bad as soon as I left hit the first ridge - hey ho.
Was tempting to carry on but would not have bee wise especially given the fact no-one broke 100mins.

Some easy orienteering on the area to the north of the WC long area. Enjoyed this - loving the terrain and felt at home in it

Run to the mast and back via the fields. Pushed the pace up the track. Felt like hard work but top in 23 so happy enough - seems like I'm feeling better...

Car getting sorted so ran home from work. Crackin weather. Still feeling queasy all morning so in a bit of a mope. Got going and felt OK. Legs definately feeling better than last week then as the run went oon felt myself running faster without having to fight to do it. Didn't feel anything special but basically normal. much happier by the end. Fingers crossed!

Jog around the wood with Jess and Midge. Legs feeling OK but just jogging.
Felt queasy again all evening, annoying.
