O training. Feeling a bit tired but actually not too bad. Main problem was ball of foot hurting all the way. Didn't ease and started distracting me so cut it short in the end. Not planning much running pre test races now

Long run in terrain with Edgars. He did the nav for the first hour, me for the next hour or so and him for the last bit. Steady pace but knackered by the end.
