Orienteering 40:00 [4] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: Icebug 2015

Relay simulation with Nor, swe, fra, den (plus jess and I). Felt strange going from doing nothing for two years to running with this crowd. No chance I was running with the guys - girls was tough enough. Tricky terrain. Bushy! Started well taking a different route to number one and coming out in the lead at my gaffle. Nice feeling! Then mistake on number two and a fee more after that. Nothing massive. Second one went off staggered so right at the back. A bit scrappy but nothing terrible. Then couldn't find the penultimate control. Terrible visibility and wasn't really on a feature. Wasn't the only one but a lot worse than most! Gps is fairly comical there. All good fun. https://events.loggator.com/G5oRLw

Cycling 2:36:20 [3] 55.2 km (2:50 / km) +641m 2:41 / km

Hired a bit from a hotel in ootepa. Pretty crappie mtb but decent enough to have a decent ride on. Squads of folf out in rollerskis. Very sporty place. Not seen many fat folk. Or maybe Britain is just full of them?!

Orienteering 30:00 [3] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: Icebug 2015

What could be a better birthday present than a bit of Orienteering?! Shadowing jess round first half of a long relevant course in the rain. She went easy on me so kept up;-) foot unsurprisingly a bit achey after yesterday but all considered not too bad. Legs achey though!

Orienteering 1:00:00 [2] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Icebug 2015

In Estonia with jess. Thought I'd try a wee bit of Orienteering. Foot felt OK so kept going for a little longer than intended. Was fun and navigation was better than expected! Will see how the foot reacts....
