Pre night shift run. Nice mild ish still night. Mast and back. Good run. Legs felt decent soon after sitting off and one I hit the hill felt like I was moving OK and had another gear that the last time I ran to the mast. Pushed on and his the top in 24.20 five minutes quicker than. Few weeks ago. Very pleased with this - best I have felt running since being able to do it again. Hope yet

Run with midge from Dulnain garage up to the mast then across to beinn mhor then back home. Used to run up there almost weekly so great to get out again. Seas of purple heather. Seas of gorse too in places. Good prep for a day of sorting things then a 12hr night shift...

cycle with Jess. A bit dull and breezy but OK. big effort from the junction to Carrbridge. Legs solid lactate for the last section. 2nd on strava and 30s quicker than previous best - nae bad for 5 1/2 min effort.
