INVOC event at Nairn East Beach. 200 people there! Calves suffering after yesterday and still not feeling 100% but fun to be out. Screwed up no. 1 and no. 13 (not convinced it was right) but did enough to take the win and the local scene points

Sgorr Goaith with Jess and Midge. Cracking afternoon for it. Almost no wind and clear tops. Legs felt OK until about halfway when calves stiffened up.

Mountain bike through docharn. came to a dead end on a track and decided to plow on so a longish stretch of pushing then riding downhill through trrain ensued - only stacked it twice at least. then through boat, speyside way to nethy and home

from home to glenmore up Cairngrom then to the lodge. feeling tired and debated about bothering with the hill but in the end just did it at a steady pace

BASOC training at Glenmore. new map though that didn't add to the enjoyment much. anything off the paths grim runnability
