Malungs training. 1 loop hard one easy. Running with jess and hitting a 180 hr so can't claim I was taking it steady. Ankle. Survived the snow and rocks. Knee didn't like the descent much

Take 2. Somewhere flatter this time. Good fun. Still a few falls for me though none for jess. Average hr of 106...not sure it counts as aerobic exercise. That does include all the stops though to be fair. Good fun. Some signs of progress

Run from the nordlunds with Johan, David, Erik, Daniel and jess. Cut off so did an hour. Ankle a bit achey but doesn't feel too unstable though have it heavily strapped. Right knee niggling but jot too had. Apart from that fighting fit
