Flat beach run felt very good nice and cruisy - pace was slow.

Road Bike 1:00:00 [3] 25.0 km (2:24 / km)

Burnie park to dunkies, big head wind on way out but flew back with eastley wind. A few more slight inclines than our normal ride.

night paddle on the cam river, dark but very still, beautiful evening. Darkness was good for paddle technique

Run 1:15:00 [3] 7.0 km (10:43 / km)

Fartlek on the running machine with the incline set on 12 degrees, walk-jog-run. Good session - very warm again.

Walk around rocky cape circuit then to Boat harbour via the postmans track. Felt tired after late night (early morning)

Good Solid ride, pace was on again but it was flat.

AM road ride, flat circuit had six today and pace was on averaged 32. Felt strong but sore stomach - bloody fitball

Very wet so indoors on the running machine - could get to like this - MP3 player on and watching the rugby S.o.O felt ok but I think I actually have stomach muscles some where cause they still hurt.

Gave the running machine a try out walked the first couple of kms then a run for 8k about 45m. Very hot indoors - might be good training for XPD

Jo convinced me to try her fitball workout - think i am going to be sore tomorrow! hmm not as easy as it looked.

Mt Lorymer (?)Cicuit in Dial range. Love them hills!! Great decent.
Overall felt good
