Was cycling with phil. Eugendorf-Mondsee-Straßwalchen. Was quite nice but a lot of wind. :X The most of the time I was in front.

Nice race today in Adnet although I made two big mistakes. But I think my pace was quite okay.

Run up to the Steinwandl with Wolfi. Up hills we did a little bit faster through the deep snow. Was not so easy but all in all it was a nice training.

Nice coopers test today. But I knew that will be not a PB this time after the trainings week.

Was running with wolfi. Met him at Grabnerbauern and then we ran to St. Kolomann back to Heimkehrerkreuz and Steinwandl down to my car. Was quite nice smooth run for me today. Was funny to run the small snowy trails. :-)

Quite nice run today. Felt pretty good. My knee I felt also only a little bit. ;-)

Checked with wolfi the controlpoints for the Sbg Cup next week. Only easy running to save my knee because it hurts a little bit.
