Start today at Grabnerbauern and then the second gravel road down to the ruin and the a little round through the landscape of Henndorf. My feet felt a little bit heavy today.

Nice round over Seekirchen - Obertrum - Mattsee. Felt quite okay. Had a small competition with some other guys. By the way... I won :-)

Felt not very well by the sessions. Run 2 times on the top of the Stoawandl and one time 10 min uphill. But how I say I felt not good today. My leg were very heavy.

Today was uphill competition in St. Wolfgang to the Schafberg. Was nice competition althought the weather was really bad. But I had a lot of fun was the first uphill race for me in my life. ;-)
