Did a circle training at home. 1 min exercise and 30 sek break. Was okay.

Was running after strength training. But my knee hurt again. So I ran only a short round and decide to do the next 2 days nothing.
And by the way I have the comming week some exam. :-/

Was running today my "big" round on the mur. Felt quite good and war really motivated. :-) Only my stomach made problems after a strong coffee in the afternoon. Had to go on toilet at the riverside and once again at home. :-X
