Was easy running with Wolfgang. I felt not good the last days as I had written. The last two days I was only a little bit Beachvolleyball playing. Today it was a little bit better.

Thursday Jul 26

Was running with Richi (the first time after a long long while) and Wolfi. Was a easy run but I had the same heavy feeling in my feets like yesterday. Also my knee hurts a little bit from the intervall training from tuesday but tomorrow I have physiotherapy so I will see whats happen.

Running a small round as every time after the Cave. ;-) It was not so good my feets felt a little bit heavy and my puls was quite high. We will see how the next days will be....

Today I did with Wolfi my first Intervaltraining since nearly one year. I start with two easy intervals to find my feeling again. Than I pushed it a little bit more. Here the details:
Intervals:
1. 3:31.2 min
2. 3:28.1 min
3. 3.21.2 min
4. 3.15.9 min
5. 3.15.3 min

1:30 min break between each one.

Wolfi and I made today the last two legs of the Gasteinertal. Was quite good weather to walk. Not very hot but sunny. Although my legs didn't feel good, was a little bit tired.
