| Was running with Richi (the first time after a long long while) and Wolfi. Was a easy run but I had the same heavy feeling in my feets like yesterday. Also my knee hurts a little bit from the intervall training from tuesday but tomorrow I have physiotherapy so I will see whats happen. |

| Today I did with Wolfi my first Intervaltraining since nearly one year. I start with two easy intervals to find my feeling again. Than I pushed it a little bit more. Here the details:

| Wolfi and I made today the last two legs of the Gasteinertal. Was quite good weather to walk. Not very hot but sunny. Although my legs didn't feel good, was a little bit tired. |
