Made today the Mattseer Volkslauf in Mattsee. The run was okay but I notice that I am not so fast. So I had let go my adversaries after nearly 5 km. I have to train more speed.

Today running with wolfi and than to rich and another round running. ;-) Was not really good because my feet felt very heavy from yesterday. So our pace was very low.

Was cycling today because I felt my periosteum much more than normal. So I have to be careful a little bit before the weekend. I tried to make the intervals on the bike, but the only what was dead was my legs but not my organism. ;-)
But was quite nice to bike.

Was running with wolfi the course in Mattsee today. Was quite nice, really cool leg. I'm really looking forward to the race on sunday. ;-)
